CAES President, Amanda Kwaza, believes that all members of all African organizations must exercise great vigilance to ensure that all African bodies are both transparent and sustainable. Yet another African Confederation for esports and digital games has been created This is the fourth such type of organization since Confederation of African Esports (CAES) was formed in June 2007. CAES was founded in 2008 and has since then slowly progressed its aims and objectives, helping National Federations to become fully accredited sporting structures. CAES is of the opinion, that while as many organizations that want to exist may, bodies affiliating to such musty be wary, critical, and apply their minds to ensure that such African confederation will actually serve them and have a process that ensures longevity and true development programmes.
